About Taom
Taom is a food delivery service in Dushanbe. We have brought the city's venues together in one app: from chaikhanas and national cuisine to pizzerias, sushi bars and coffee shops. You choose what you feel like eating, and we make sure it gets to you.
What we do
Between you and the kitchen there are usually several calls, clarifications and uncertainty about timing. We removed all of that.
Menus and prices are visible upfront, the delivery fee is calculated before payment, the order status updates at every step, and if something goes wrong there is a support team that sorts it out with the venue on your behalf.
How we are set up
From a chaikhana to a coffee shop
National cuisine, pizzerias, sushi, bakeries, coffee shops — all in one app. Not only the well-known chains, but also small venues that mostly the neighbours know about.
We deliver ourselves
Our own courier service: thermal bags, branded transport, training before the first shift. We do not offload delivery onto the venue and do not depend on whether it has someone free.
A price with no surprises
The final amount including delivery appears in the cart before you confirm the order. Card payment in the app: the courier needs no change and there is nothing to settle on receipt.
We sort it out for you
Wrong dish, something missing — no need to call the venue and argue your case. You write to us, and from there it is our job. The money goes back to the card you paid with.
For venues
We work with restaurants, cafés, chaikhanas, bakeries and confectioneries across Dushanbe. Joining is free, and the platform takes a commission only on completed orders.
